We stayed at this hotel for a week and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We couldn't find any negative aspects to mention. The hotel provided excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great location near the beach.

Breakfast was not so good, poor quality, not various. I would not recommend any food there. You can find a lot of good restaurants (it costs around 20 euro for 2 persons to have a full lunch including drinks, soups and main course).

Excellent staff, friendly and kind. All-inclusive with great food variety. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Near the beach and pool. Entertainment and water activities available.

Nice location on the south of sunny beach.

They need to work on customer service. Wifi did not work for my iPhone nor my laptop although staff claimed it works for them. When I reported the issue they simply ignored me. Another thing is that when I asked reception to order me taxi to the airport for next day they told me it is going to cost 50lev - but then when I came in the morning they said "oh, by the way taxi is going to cost 80lev". Finally I negotiated it down with taxi driver but it wasn't nice experience.

My friends and I had a very bad experience with this hotel. First of all it is very old and rooms had very old and smelly furniture, shower tub always flooded with water. Second the staff are very disrespectful, once we arrived they told us to pay all the amount of the rooms or leave although they had our passports and deposited money. Also we were always harassed by the hotel staff when we bring some guests with us to our rooms and asked to pay more although we were each in a double room. Third of all this hotel is very very noisy, for the whole day the hotel next to us play music very loudly all day long that doesnt allow you to rest or take a nap anytime during the day till 9:00 pm. I dont recommend anyone to this hotel. Very very bad.

Our hotel was located very close to the beach, which was great for spending time by the sea. the location also provided easy access to a public area without any additional costs. the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious with all amenities available. the staff provided top-notch service and were always helpful. the breakfast selection was diverse, with different types of food to choose from. the pool area was nice, and there were always sunbeds available.

We did notice that some of the hotel guests were not accommodating, which made us feel unwelcome at times.

The staff struggled to communicate in English causing difficulties and misunderstandings. the food was repetitive and often cold, providing limited options for non-meat eaters.
